What does it mean to have 3rd lord in 4th house?

We have been reading so far, Third house is house of your communication skills, neighbours, short distance travels, younger siblings, self-efforts etc. At the same time, as 3rd house is house of efforts, this house shows that results of this house will come only when person will put lots of efforts for a long time. One thing to remember here is that 3rd house is First of Upachaya Houses ( 3, 6, 10 & 11). Upachaya Houses improve with time. It means any planet in these houses improves in results with age and real good result is seen from a person’s 30s or 36s. Also, all the malefic planets provide very good results in Upachaya Houses but results may be seen in 30s or 36s.
Also, you know by now that 4th house represents your home, home environment, homeland, mother, nourishment, childhood friends, peace of mind, conveniences, intuition etc.
So when 3rd house lord is in 4th house it means, Mother or home will play important role for you in acquiring skills. You will get happiness from own efforts. It may cause for health issues for mother. You may be rich and wealthy. You have good vehicles and property. you may have problems with mother. You are well capable of achieving high social rank and become authoritative in life in career or own business.
You may be running your consultation or business from home environment. You may have lots of private life at home or in profession. Your younger sibling may be wealthy and rich. It may cause trouble with younger siblings due to property (such as dispute regarding land matters). You are especially protective of your mothers and in fact very emotionally attached to their mothers. It is because their mothers are a great source of happiness and peace of mind.
You may earn through your agriculture land or real estate and its construction or transportations or working in transportations field. You may be leader of an organisation.
